DC FUN?!

So I am going to DC for a few days over the break with my parents and uncle (I know I am a loser), and it's been awhile since I have been there!

Anyone have any recommendations as far as hotels, where to stay, where to go for dinner, the best museums etc?

Restaurants - 1789 in Georgetown is delicious, on the expensive side though. Otherwise there are a ton of other delicious restaurants in Georgetown.

Museums - literally just walk along the National Mall and take your pick of the Smithsonians. They're all free. I really like the American History Museum but others RAVE about the Air and Space Museum.

Definitely check out the Newseum.

If you're looking for a nice steak dinner, check out the Capitol Grille - incredible!

I like Cap City Brewery, it's right by Union Station. Also J. Pauls down in Georgetown is good.

As far as hotels, Sheraton Woodley Park is a nice hotel.
