Are there De Seversky brides here? I have been trying to contact Debbie, wedding manager on the site to schedule an appointment since Sunday. I will haven't heard back from. I tried both phone and emails. This totally disencourages me to sign the contract with the venue. The ground is pretty but the services suck. I already feel stressed to deal with them. How can they be so IRRESPONSIBLE?

I had the exact same problem when looking. We had a 1:30p appt there and a 3pm appt at Royalton - Debbie made us wait and wait and wait - never even said 'I'll be right with you'. FH and I just left.

going with someone else - de seversky was too small BUT i would have booked there in spite of debbie - it's BEAUTIFUL.
