De Seversky Brides

Hey! I'm not a De Seversky bride, but I worked there for 3 years on the waitstaff!
I can tell you a few things about how things are done if you have any questions...but it was 4 years ago that I was there. I do however know Pilar and Debbie from when I worked with so I will tell you that Pilar is a very determined person and will get the job done. Debbie as well, very strong women I would say, although I never worked with them in the capasity that you might. I mostly know how they are in the kitchen.

I will say this; the quality of food is excellent, the service is wonderful, and the deserts are gorgeous! The mansion basically speaks for itself, but I assume you have been there already.

I am having my wedding at DeSeversky next Spring and was wondering if anyone else has had or is planning to have their reception there. Just wanted to know how large of a band you would recommend and how many guests you are planning to have? Also..are you working with Pilar or Debbie and how is it going?

hello! i'm getting married there in October. I think our band is 9-10 pieces? I think they recommend smaller than that. We are having around 160 people, mansion style and we have been working with Debbie although I met Pilar also. Ask me whatever you want!
