Deacon Bob is going to Kill me!!!
I am super excited that Deacon Bob can marry us. Before I was engaged I heard so many things about whether a priest/deacon could marry someone outside the church. Finally after I got engaged Deacon Bob cleared it all up and said a Deacon/Priest can only marry a Catholic outside the church if they are marrying a non-catholic like FH (he's Jewish)..
So now we are starting Pre-cana Sunday. First I have been emailing Deacon bob back and forth about when it is.l Usually he said it is on of the following: Fir, Sat or sun. Not good since FH is a chef so he said he would work something. Then I get the registration and see the final meeting/mass is Nov 14th. I will be in florida for the mass for my sisters passing since it will be 2 years. ahhhh Now to top it off I put the registration in the mail this morning so it would get there in the next 2 days.. after I put it in the mailbox I realized I never put a stamp on it![]()
