This made me laugh. I was feeling the same way this morning.

Dear patients:

Please don't argue with me today. I'm tired, it's Friday and it's been a long week. I have to deal with your bitching and moaning until 9pm and my patience is going to wear thin by about 5pm. Depsite what you may think, your pharmacy is not trying to screw you over and we actually DO know what we're talking about, so please just listen when I tell you why your insurance is rejecting your meds/that I don't know why your copay is so high, you need to call the insurance/that the medication doesn't come in that strength and your doctor is a moron/that I can't fill a controlled substance with directions that say 'take 1 tablet as needed'....

Really, it's not my fault.

I'd really appreciate and easy day.
