Dear idiot receptionist,

I don't know how many effin times I have to tell you this, but in the future, please don't wait til I walk in the door at 8:45am to tell me my first three appointments cancelled. I could still be in bed or getting things done, but instead, i'll sit on my a** and do nothing for the next 4 hours.

P.S. Please stop using all my french vanilla coffe mate. I know it's you.
