Patient at my pharmacy:
I do not enjoy fighting. I also do not try to screw people over and I try VERY hard to provide good customer service and I am VERY good at what I do.
Next time, know what you're talking about and listen to the answer before you start screaming at the top of your lungs that I have an attitude and that I should be fired.
Also, there was no reason to warrant calling me a fat ***** and I have 2 customers after you who gave me their phone numbers so that when you complain to my boss, my boss can call them and they can tell her that I did nothing wrong and that you were totally unreasonable.
If you're so unhappy at my pharmacy 'EVERY TIME' you come, WHY do you continue to come back?
