For the LONGEST TIME.... CUSTOMER is spelled as C-U-S-T-O-M-E-R! NOT COSTUMER!!! I know for a fact that your end-user is not a costume company, so please get your spelling right!
I've been dealing with you for so many months and you seem to be a knowledgeable person, but for the life of me, I do not understand how in the world you could misspell 'customer'! That is one of the commonest, most important word in the service industry! aarrgghhh. It's just driving me insane whenever you email me and say 'our costumer needs this, our costumer needs that'. GAAAHHH!!!
