OMGGGG Jill I swear she's a nice lady and all but I want to strangle her right now!!!

I have this same argument with my grandma who's from Ireland too... they put men on this pedestal that's insane, it's like deep down they think we're farm hands and men have it so hard and we're just supposed to do womanly things that benefit them. Even in these modern times... it drives me crazy. Anytime a guy does something you hear all about it, and somehow everything is always the woman's fault.

She should be asking what he's cooking you in the new pots!!! Or why he isn't there doing wedding stuff with you at your mom's!!

AND!!! I love how he tells you this, instead of telling her where to go. I could write a book about Irish boys and their off-the-boat irish mommies... they're all in cahoots.

Ugh, this is the one huge thing about her that really irks me. I'm no effing Martha Stewart and that is NOT changing anytime soon. I'd rather go hang out with FH than bake him an effing apple pie.
