Its sucks- I bust my butt for this man- go over and above. Damn.....even when he brought his 2 kids up one time he asked me to keep an eye on them while he went to a meeting. Who brings their kids to work when they know that they have a meeting to go to?

I had my review two weeks ago and my boss said that I am 'exceptional' at everything I do but there is a problem...and yes this is a direct quote...'Sometimes you are just so focused and serious. You tend to get so wrapped up in getting your job done perfectly that you wouldn't notice if the Pope walked by!'

Apparently!! It actually affected my raise! One of my friends said she would come up to my job and distract me if it helps!
