STOP SUCK ING!!!!
i reserved a copy of a book that your website says is available and i get a text saying you didn't have it.
so i tried to reserve it at ANOTHER B&N and the same thing....
meanwhile when I was at the first B&N last week I saw MORE THAN ONE copy of this OLD book... so I'm assuming its just lazy employees not looking in the right area.
so tomorrow when I go there and I find it, expect me to mention this to management.
you've never given me a problem before... why now? why this book?
