In case your mama never told you, it is exceedingly rude and impolite to talk on your cell phone while you are being assisted by a HUMAN BEING STANDING IN FRONT OF YOU.
not only are you insulting the nice lady getting your EFFING lunch, but you are taking MORE time than necessary, causing a particularly CRANKY woman three people behind you to want to rip out your eyes and beat you senseless.
When you take your etiquette class, I'll sign up for anger management...until then, stay OFF the FUKING phone.

What's worse, now companies are putting signs up to tell people to stop talking on their cell phones while being serviced! It's rude and why do these things need to be pointed out??

but, funny thing at school the other day. This kid in line in front me in the caff (that's what college kids call the cafeteria) was totally doing that.
So then when he hangs up, the kid at the register picks up his cell phone and starts having a random conversation with no one and makes Talkie McRudeperson wait!
good stuff.
