Dear FMIL,
I know you think I'm crazy, but NO...I don't want a wedding cake. I don't think I will be missing out on the whole feeding each other cake thing and the pictures of us pretending to have fun eating cake off of each others hands.
Please stop getting FH to pester me about getting a cake because, 'it really isn't a wedding without a cake.' We are doing a kick butt Viennese Table with 7 different kinds of cake, tons of pastries and cookies!! Is it still not a wedding?
And by the way...if you could try not to make a comment about a few zits I have everytime I see you...that would be GREAT! I mean, the only thing you said to me at the shower was, 'Be careful of your face,' as you pointed to my nice new zit.

And thanks for the FAKE BEAR FUR COMFORTER you gave us. I'm glad you completely disregarded the registry and bought something utterly confusing and bizarre. Although the dog will love it!
