Harry, however, is free to wear spandex or speedos WHENEVER he wants. In fact, I recommend it

Is Jake going to be sponsored by lycra when he does the tour de France? He's always cycling and in spandex lately.

A very important lesson to be learned in life 'if you ain't got it, don't flaunt your shortcomings by wearing spandex'. He seems to REALLY enjoy wearing it - a little too much
