I hear ya. We live in an apartment on the side of FH grandma's house and she talks so loud on the phone that I can hear every conversation and I know what she is watching on TV.

Can a note be slipped in the mailbox (unsigned) saying they are loud during their time together and it can be hurt in other apts during dinner time? They may not realize they are providing a concert....
