Dear opthamologist receptionist!!!!!!
You are NOT GOD!!!!!! You are very discourteous, and should be fired!!!!!! I called to make an appt. for my 81 yr. old Mom, and to check on the cost of an appt. for myself, since my Husband has been unemployed!!!! Ok, so the lady does not sound like she wants to give me a ballpark amount, because 'my insurance might pay for it', which is questionable, because my insurance, through my Husband's co. has changed since I had my last eye checkup. So, we're finished, talking, basically, and Ms. Manners says, 'There's a patient who has been waiting, I have to wait on them......
WELL, EXCUSE ME!!!!!!! WHAT AM I, CHOPPED LIVER?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ME IN THREE YRS., BECAUSE I HAVE NOT HAD $$$$$$ TO COME, AND WHEN I FINALLY CALL, YOU DON'T HAVE THE COURTESY TO TREAT ME RESPECTFULLY?!!!!!!!![]()
If this is the same lady, she has always been nasty to people, and is definitely not friendly!!!!!! If it weren't for my great opthamologist, I wouldn't go there!!!!!!! Lady, you could be driving customers/patients AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! Is that a good thing in this economy?!!!!!!!!
