For the 100th time I am not a computer technician!!! If you are having a problem with your computer call the computer techs. All I did was download a virus scanner for you, that doesn't mean I know how to fix your computer every time you screw it up. Also the anti-virus software finds on average 20 threats a day, you need to stop surfing the internet & get back to work.

Its really not fair that on days you work there is an abundance of staff and on days you are off there are hardly enough people to run a business. You have been told about the problem numerous times yet are too selfish to fix it. Also, its not right that when a customer is outright abusive to your employees you stand back and do nothing. When the customer brought the cashier to tears you should have never filled her prescription. How about some backup once in a while. Finally, if you schedule me till 430, dont regularly keep me an hour later when you dont need me. If you want me there till 530 schedule it that way. If 430 comes along and I want to leave I have every right to and you really cant tell me I cant.

I cant call you for every minor problem. Im sorry but Im one person and there are hundreds of you. If I called for every Rx that was too soon, or needed authorization or that the dr. wrote wrong, I wouldnt get any scripts filled. It is also not my responsibility to make sure your dr calls in a prescription. Your meds, your dr., your problem. We are just as professional as your dr.'s office. Please treat us as such.
