The first time Debi went for her e-pics, they messed up, and printed someone else's order as her's. Just an apology. Tonight, they had messed up again, but this time, an apology and a free picture!! One pic was not the correct one ordered. The free pic should at least cover her gas costs after making two trips, about 30 miles each way, so about 120 miles total. Do you think an $11 free pic covers the gas? Mary MOB

Hi ladies!! Deb will have e-pics taken by TP, in Long Island, in May, I think; They will be on a beach, hopefully, and hopefully it won't rain, like it did before in the fall. However, Debi wanted some e-pics taken locally, so she can finally announce their engagement in the papers. To do this in our Sunday paper, here in Lancaster, and have a large enough pic, and say all the normal things, one would include in an announcement, costs about $200. Kinda pricey, so it wasn't a priority. But since it's getting closer to the wedding, it had to be done soon. The photographer who took the pics, here in Pa., is noteworthy here. The fact that Debi's order got messed up twice, leads one to think!! If I was that photographer, I think it would be worth my reputation, to make sure Debi and Fred are treated in such a way, as to protect their good name, and bring repeat/new business in, not turn people off. Let's face it, a disgruntled customer, can start a chain reaction. Example, our other Daughter will be looking for a local photographer for her wedding. Do you think she will be inclined to employ the one Debi just had? Sorry for getting longwinded!!! Quite frankly, I was shocked the photographer didn't 'make it up' to Debi, in some way, the first mess up that happened!! But that's just me. Mary MOB

They should have done more for them! That is odd. But maybe it is acceptable in PA and not here?
