debt

Anyone else feel like they are totally going into a debt they will never be able to pay off? I feel like any money we get for our wedding will have to go towards paying off credit cards rather than saving for a house.

I get Knots in my tummy all the time thinking about Money .. Its not worth the stress I dont care anymore LOL I will just get myself sick the more i think about it...

yes! last weekend i think i had a panic attack to the point where i called up my RH and asked if there was anyway i could cancel so that i could book something else cheaper...
i came out of it though and realized its just too late, but the money thing is definately getting to me too...
i dont want to feel any regret that i spent too much so that we cant have a house and have to wait on it because of me!

Welcome to my world. We just bought a townhome too and paying those bills and everything for the wedding is really putting us in debt. Sometimes I feel that I just should of alloped. lol..

No credit card bills, thank god. But betwen FH and me, we have about $60,000 in student loans and with us paying for a majority of the wedding, i do get stressed at times, thinking how we are going to do it all

The only debt we have right now consists of one car loan (the other is paid off!) and my student loans from law school. We save a ton, and the interest on my student loans is so low, it makes no sense for me to pay them off early.

We're very lucky!

ETA - We are paying cash for our entire wedding and wouldn't have it any other way.

Thankfully for us my FH had a huge hit in overtime this year and now we are able to pay our entire wedding in cash. If this overtime never happened I think we would have had to postpone the wedding. I guess everything happens for a reason.

Its funny cuz I think FH purposely pushed me to pay off all of my debt before the wedding (except student loans)

The month after i made my last cc bill..he proposed..

But honestly everyone thinks this way..its a large amount of money

my mom gave me a dirty look when i even mentioned eloping....however, we're paying for the whole thing so she didn't really have a right to an opinion....lol

will it ever end??? we are actually do pretty well but we recognize things will be really lean for the next few years. i say- as long as we are toegtehr i am happy. peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for dinner...
