Do you like having your birthday in December or would you like it to be in another month? I am only a week after Christmas and always wanted a July or August birthday. I want presents in the summer too...haha. So happy with Birthday so close to Christmas or would rather have another day?
coming from a september baby... all my gifts were usually back to school clothes... it's not all it's cracked up to be

I always wanted to be able to have pool parties.. but other then that I never minded being the week after xmas. And I never got jipped out of gifts. My fh is Dec. 18th and he does get jipped alot!! lol
I always used to feel a little bad when I was younger... alot of my friends parents were so broke after the holidays that I didnt get the best gifts at my bday parties.. but its ok b/c my parents always made up for it

Mine was 12/5. For the most part, I rarely get screwed since mine is still far away from Xmas, but it would be nice to have it in the summer time. I asked my Fiance if he wanted to celebrate half b-days and he thought I was crazy!! My b-day is the 5th, then Xmas, then his b-day is 1/11 and the there's Valentine's day...Everything is way too close!!!!!

When I was a kid, it bugged me that my birthday was overshadowed by the holidays. I don't mind so much now. I go ice skating every year at Rockefeller Center.

It kind of sucked when i was a kid. I really didnt' get jup out of presents so that was a good thing. Cause i wanted to have a pool party i wish mine was in the summer. All my friends had them and i didn't.

I'm Dec 22 It stinks !!! 3 days before Christmas - Everyone is always so busy and stressed out. My birthday always gets glazed over while all of my friends who's bdays are any other time of the year - we always make a HUGE deal about........oh well !!

I'm an August baby but a twin and always got crappy sharing gifts. Some times people did even have the courtesy of giving us $5 each and gace us a $10!!

The day after Christmas: Positives- I now live out of town so I get to be with my family every year on my b-day and see all my old friends. The Christmas fun continues another day since my mom always makes a big dinner for everyone.
Negatives- I have a birthday jinx- all my birthdays there has been some tragedy- my grandfather's wake was the worst one three years ago but I was also was stood up by my boyfriend when I was 17, had the flu more times than I can count on that day, my mom fell and hurt herself the day before one year and we were worried she would lose her eye. I am always afraid that something bad will happen on that day every year. My friends and family have no money, and are usually tired and hung over from the holidays on my b-day. Even I am not in the mood to celebrate most years.
Let's just say I LOVE other people's birthdays better.

my moms boyfriends bday is on christmas day and I feel sooooooo bad for him. Talk about getting Jipped. And most people are soooo busy with xmas that they forget its his bday till late christmas nite when everything is starting to settle down and then go ' OMG its phils birthday!!!'
Everyone else that remembers goes Merry christmas!!! Oh yeah and happy birthday.
Also as a kid he never had a birthday party ( with his friends) on his birthday b/c no one wanted to come so he had to always do it before or after.

Mine is xmas eve too! I used to want presents in the summer to break it up a bit and get presents twice a year, but its also a special time and then everyone knows its your bday b/c they talk about it:)!
