December brides - what are you having guests toss as you leave the church?
sunset time for 12/3/05 should be 4:28pm. I think we'll be leaving the church at around 4:45pm.
What should we use - rose petals? fake snow? have guests light sparklers?
Any suggestions are appreciated

I love your idea!!!!!! You will be getting out a little later than I am. I am assuming you are having a full mass. We'll be done with church by 3:45 and out by 4:00. We are using rose petals! I love the fake snow and sparkler idea!!!! That is awesome. You just gave me an idea though.... By the time we get anywhere to take pictures, sun has setted so I am gonna take your idea and get sparklers for my whole BP!!!

My ceremony will end at 2:40 and I have no idea what I am going to throw. The church as so many rules that we really do not have many choices. But if someone has the fake snow idea I would love to see it. I was told not petals, no confetti, and rice, which leaves me very stuck.
I am glad to see I have so many twins dates out there...Go Dec 3rd

Jan05Bride posted pictures of people tossing fake snow at her and her husband as they exited the church. The pictures look great. Go to BHB board - I posted the same question there.

I love the fake snow idea. and, if you make it sparkley, it will really show up nice inthe pics. Anthough, I can imagine it will stick to you, but I could deal with that!

I wanted to do fake snow like Lisa (jan05bride) did, but my church won't allow it.
