took my fab purple pair, and a more traditional ivory pair to my first fitting. after looking at both with my dress, i realized the purple shoes were making too big a statement, they were wearing me, taking away from my dress. so boooo those are now my RD shoes. on an upside though, my dress needs zero alterations minus length!
That's awesome, about the alterations. I think you're totally right about the shoes wearing you. That's why I'm debating getting colored shoes...
Yea for no alterations except length sorry about the shows but I'm sure they will look great at the rd.

Thats ok! If you think about it, the dress is so long people won't notice it anyway. Now they'll notice at the RD
