I agree -- you don't need to add a topper -- but I think if you really wanted to have one you could ... or some people place the topper on the table with the cake

and I don't think you need a cake topper per se... the cake is beautiful on it's own.
for what it's worth though, the last five weddings I went to - the cake topper was on the table, not the cake...

Your cake is simply lovely ! Like the other gals have stated I think you can do without a topper. Otherwise if you really want one perhaps place it on the table cloth so as not to take away from the cake.
