...today was a rough day girls, I cried my eyes out trying to figure this out...
but we ultimately decided to say NO to the show...well more like I decided...
FH was dissapointed because he was looking forward to it and excited to be getting married soon and saving some money...
I just couldn't do it...I was too afraid of not having control and too afraid of rushing the whole thing...I really dont want my wedding to be a big production...and I was afraid that it would become more about the show and less about us...
it was one of the hardest decisions I had to make!
I emailed the show...they have been trying so hard to get me to say yes...but Im sticking to my decision...
Tomorrow, we are going to see 2 more places...and then hopefully we will have a date by sun/mon/tue!
it's down to Giorgios, Royalton, Carlyle and Woodlands...

OOOOOoooooh, jealous that Royalton is on your list, they had my date booked already when I called to ask .
I had a feeling you were going to go this way. I think the fact that the decision WAS so hard to make was kind of indicitave of what you were going to do. I think if you really wanted to do it the decision would have been an easier one to make.
So, that's good, you'll have exactly what you want with no questions. Congrats!! And glad that it's OVER!

I agree...that's how i felt yesterday...I was like ummm you know what, i'm soooo unsure about this...that I think I need to just say no
Im glad I did...I feel better about it...and Im excited to book a date and realllly start planning...
PLUS I have an Eparty to plan for in May!

i think you made the right decision for you and for your FH. You def wont regret it. You can plan the wedding the way you want it now

I think you made the right decision. Now you can control and plan your entire wedding. At first, I thought I would have done it if I were you, but after realizing how much control you were going to have to give up- it just wasn't worth it.

Good luck. I think you made the right decision. with how indecisive you have been about an RH you wouldnt have be happy rushing through all of your vendors and just getting what ever was left.

You made the right choice, based on what your concerns were. The wedding should be about you guys, and if you felt that it wouldn't be that way, then congrats to making a very difficult choice.

I think you made the right choice.
If you're still interested in the show, why not say 'well, I can't say yes right now, but what about...' and suggest your chosen date and venue. Maybe they'll let you get away with that and you can have the best of both worlds.
