sorry, i still don't know if the dais is you and your fiance's table or the table where your bridal party sits?? in any case, i want to know how you decorate the table that you sit at with your fiance (husband on that day )

I think it depends what you want.
I will be just having me and FH.

Some people put the BP at the table too.

it is where you sit, but i am not really sure you have to do much for it.

Depends on if you want to sit with BP or not. It seems more common these days to sit alone. You can decorate your table with your florist, or have the BMs bouquets surround it.

we put the bouquets on the dais and our florist surprised us by making an additional arrangement for our table. i think on LI it is rare to see the BP sitting at the table with the bride and groom

I've seen this done at lots of weddings, and that's what we'll do, too.

The dias is traditionally where the entire bridal party sits, as opposed to a sweetheart table for just the two of you.

I would do whatever is on the bigger tables, but on a much smaller scale for the sweetheart table.

Since I only had a MOH, we took the pew bouquets from the church and used them on the table along with our 2 bouquets. My DH also got these bride and groom beanie babies as a gift from someone a week or 2 before the wedding, so he brought them along to sit on the table too. It looked very cute.

we didn't put a lot of thought into it - we let the place do it for us....this is what they did
