decoupage question
does anyone know anything about decoupage? i am new to this. i dont know anything about it. any info will help.. i was thinking of buying a wooden treasure chest for my 'card box' and decoupageing it! any info would be appreciated. TIA

it's so so easy! just buy mod podge from a craft store (they usually sell different finishes- satin, matte, glossy...you pick the look you want). Get one of those foam brushes too. All you do is coat small sections of the box with mod podge and then apply the paper/tissue paper/scrapbook paper/ whatever paper! and smooth is over with another coat of mod podge. it's basically repeating that over and over until the whole box is covered. you can do this with one large piece or lots of little pieces of paper.hope this helped!
