Deer Park?

Deer Park?

Hello and Happy New Year

FH and I are looking into a house in Deer Park. The taxes on the house in my opinion are a little high for suffolk, but the location is good and FH's cousins live there. Im from nassau and FH is from Brooklyn, so this would be a change. Any advice, comments on the area, school district, etc are appreciated. Please feel free to FM if you dont want to post it openly!

FH has an apartment in Deer Park I am from Nassau and he is originally from around the deer park area...the area is nice, there is alot of stuff around that you would need, and it is within a good distance from major parkways and roadways. Where in Deer Park are you looking? FM if you want more info about the area...
