Defect of Form - Catholic church
Anyone ever have to apply for a Defect of Form? How long did it take to process? My FH has to complete this so that we can get married in the Catholic church........he's divorced, got married in city hall, but never in a church......He's Catholic, as am I, but his ex is not.
what exactly IS a Defect of Form? what does it do as respects to his former marriage? does it make it null and void?
