Congratulations and happy 1st anniversary to all October 06 brides! When did you or are you defrosting your wedding cake? I read in some magazine when still engaged 2 days in the fridge before anniversary. Any input would be great. Can't wait till Sunday.

to eat our cake on sunday, we put it in the fridge to defrost on friday

I took it out Thursday night and stuck it in the fridge. We ate it on Sunday and it was all good!!
