Mr A (your dad) father or You along with Mr. B (FH's Dad) father of Him (you could add along with their families) request the honor of your presence at the wedding of
A & B (you and FH)
Not much of a help sorry
Or You & FH (parents listed under) request the honor of your presence.....
would you feel comfortable saying 'along with thier families' (your name & Fh name) invite you, or request the honour of your presence ...
no bc fh's mom is not paying and i dont want it to seem like she's hosting...bc she's not
i also feel like my dad deserves to have his name on there
i hear ya. we have a similar situation. my parents are contributing a lot more than FH mother, and his father passed 2 years ago. our wording has my parents on top and under FH name we put 'son of mrs. r and the late mr. r'. i think any wording you choose will be fine as long as you acknowlege those who are contributing. :)
that is great! i have sooo many combinations. I lost my Mom so there is a deceased parent and fh's parents are divorced so another factor.
I like this one...obvi just for format. makes it easier just saying jennifer and michael request your presence..
Michelle Taylor daughter of Mrs. Sarah Taylor and the late Mr.Taylor and John Parker son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Parker request the honour of your presence at their marriage blah blah blah
That is actually what we have (we are paying) and my dad is deceased.

we're not paying...can we still use that wording? i feel like it would just be easier ...unless we say
mr a(my dad) along with mr b (fh's dad) request...
jennifer daughter of a& the late b to michael son of a & b (divorced parents with diff names)
is that too repetitive???
Honestly I think it is fine..most people do not read so much into the wording (only other future brides ..you're still acknowledging the people paying

OK, so this is it mr a(my dad) along with mr b (fh's dad) request...
jennifer daughter of a& the late b to michael son of a & b (divorced parents with diff names)
I don't care that its repetitive. only me, fh, and our parents are going to analysis this..and they will. this way i acknoweldge those who are paying and I want my late mothers name on there and i KNOW fh's mom would want hers on there...even tho she's not paying. this way everybody wins and it won't look like she's hosting....
That's good..keep the peace but still know that you got everyone in there
