How short are you now? If you don't want to answer I understand...we were cutting it close as well. We are only 25 over our already low min.

We were about 25 short, that's without vendors... with vendors it's somewhere around 15, it depends on whether or not the photog's have assistants. But now I have 8 LIWers... and a couple of maybe's, i might just try to fill up a table with them and then see where we are with the vendors, we should be just about at 200 then!

The min is 200, and since we were inviting so many... 375, I had no idea that this would be an issue! I'm still in shock about it!

I am soo sorry! I thought inviting 148 and only having 104 was bad. We sent out STDs a year a head of time as well and we still had that many no's.
