Do you know if they take into account his bills or is it just 17% too bad if you cant pay your mortgage.
nope 17% period. dont care if you have a mortgage,car payments, school loans, even if the loser mother hasnt worked in a year and 1/2.

Yes, 17% BUT she can also ask for 50% of child care AND 50% of medical and they would give it to her in addition to the 17%.
