That's crazy!!!! My invites came out to $500 for 200 and I was still trying to get them cheaper

Hello-----
All of the other wedding invites i recv'd is where???? guess---- The Trash

I can't!!!

$300.00 max for me becuz i know where it ends up

DIY Cardpockets

OMG!!!! That is insane!!! I spent under $2000 but I had to order a lot! And I thought that was super expensive b/c let's face it...they will be thrown away by nearly everyone!

I spent about $175 for 150 invites!

They would've been about a dollar a piece, but I had to get little rhinestones and flocking powder to bling 'em out. They look flipping sweet though!

ETA: This is DIY + LOTS of 40% off Michael's coupons!

wow $6,000. I thought the $1,400 we were paying was crazy.

So the answer to your question, I would not spend more than $1,500 on invites. I know it's something people will just toss but I'm in love with my invite and I couldn't find anything else that I wanted and everyone told me just get them.

<------------- $300 for 175 invites

What!! How?!?

---

Only an invite, and response card... i put the reception info on the invite... i got them at Party City... they are Naturally Ever After - Simply Stated

I'm skimping on invites big time because I want very plain/no pockets...nuts prices!

I feel like when you spend that much you better have a crazy amazing wedding to show for it! A friend in Chicago had very expensive invites but they cut corners on everything for wedding including stopping serving alcohol---we went in to wedding with higher expectations because of those invites!

Mine are going to cost less than $300. That's just a ridiculous waste. She might as well mail send her guests money while she's at it!

I totally agree!!!!

Holler @ your girl.. you got FM !!

Wow..That's very expensive. Are they extremely rich?

I'm getting mine at Costco. I'm going to be paying about $300 for 100 invites, envelopes, reception cards and response sets.

Do a google search for Costco Invitations and you'll see some really nice ones for good prices. You can order samples for $1.25.
