1) I would call and complain about the wallets even if it says no refunds they should give you the right picture. (so you wouldn't get money back but the item you actually ordered!)
2) Check your contract to find out what found happen:if you just lose the deposit or have to pay half.
3) depending on your contract I would try to switch photographers (even though you'll have the same crappy customer service) or get a new photographer
