Re: Invite Problem
I would have her redo them. If the invites didn't come out how you paid her to do it then she should have to fix it. Don't feel bad. Its her fault in the first place. As long as you have time before they need to go out, why not have her make them exactly how you want them.

Re: Invite Problem
I would have them done over with the correct ribbon and in the meantime have her correct the monogram. You have plenty of time to still send them out so ... yeah lol.

Re: Invite Problem
I guess it depends......how 'off' is the color? Is it something that you think your guests will see and think it doesn't match? Or is it maybe just something you see because you know?
Can you maybe get some money off because of the mistake and just let it go as is? That's probably what I'd do at this point if I wanted my invites right away but they weren't as I had expected.

My guests would never know. It's only me lol. It actually still looks pretty with the invite, it's just a darker green and not the lighter shade of sage I chose. I never even considered asking her to knock some money off. I guess I could do that.

Re: Invite Problem
I would keep the invites as they are and just have the company shave off some $$ off the final bill

have her redo them, you paid a lot of $$ for them and they should be done right..besides you still have plenty of time to send them out to your guests

I agree. It should be done exactly as you specified since you paid for that. Its a good thing you caught it before it was sent to you too.

Re: Invite Problem
Honestly, I'd leave it as is, but then I'm pretty laid back about the invites. Maybe she can give you a discount or something like that instead?
