just a suggestion...if you are planning to publish in a paper, i would not publiish it here first. often, if a paper/journal finds out it was published elsewhere (even on a personal website or blog) they will not want to publish it.
overall i thnk it looks good...and def share the link when its published!

I really liked it ... very interesting read
my only comment is that your intro paragraph is kind of mis-leading ... it sounds like you're about to tell us about new traditions (like not using the bouquet toss, and adding an italian dance if we like it) ... but in reality, you're telling us about new card box ideas.
