We lived together before and filled out the registration form honestly. We also had to get 'permission' because DH is Episcopal and we were getting married in a Catholic Church (Holy Name of Mary in Valley Stream). Our priest didn't give us any problems, and we had our 'permission' about a week later.

Who is your priest? We filled ours out honestly and he never said a word about it. Our Priest was awesome!
