don't feel sad! you are getting married in your time! it is the perfect time for you. i had the same thing happen to me, and yes i felt badly at first. one of my friends even set her wedding two weeks before mine, and got engaged eight months after i did. the nerve ;) but just remember, we'll all be married in the end, and that is what counts!

Well its wonderful that they got engaged... Its kinda poopey that theyre getting married before you! LOOk on the bright side.. Depending how much sooner they are getting married then you , you can look foward to vendor reviews!!!

Your day will still be special and people will be thinking about you. No one can take aways from you 2 on your wedding day.

I was upset when my FSIL (who dated her boyfriend less than FH & I) got engaged before us, and married before us. But hey, timing was not right for us, and I honestly think we have a better relationship then them (whole other story).

this happened to me...we were negaged for over 5 months and then DH's friend got engaged and decided to get married 3 weeks before us...

at first I was upset...but I got over it quickly...especially since I learned from all her mistakes...

remember...people cannot plan their lives around your wedding date...and as long as HMs will not be affected...its all a celebration!!!

well just think.. you're going to be so less stressed than them.

I cant IMAGINE where I would have been without LIWeddings..but Im glad I signed on when I did. The idea of trying to plan a wedding in such a short time I think I'd blow a fuse!
