Why are topics deleted with no warning or reason given? I try to put a lot of thought and time into responding to people, and then it's all gone the next minute. You never know what's going to get deleted. Are there guidelines somewhere?

there are rules, if you look above, on the same line as Forum mail, at the end of the row there is a rules section.
Usually if there is drama, someone saying something mean. Many times a person reports a thread and if so then it gets removed. Some topics get moved to the NWR forum.
