Honestly there isn't much you can do about it though. Did she tell you what was wrong with them?
Maybe just find some humor in it. I know it's hard but it's the best you can do.
You should have seen some of the shennanigan's from my engagement party... all I could do was laugh it off.. becuase it was BEYOND my control!!!!
Oh here is one idea.. maybe your sister can get invites and she can send those to your friends and you mom can use her invites for the other people? Perhaps your sister might even be able to pull that off without even telling your mother. She can say 'I'll take them to the post office' then pull a switcharoo!!!

Aww I'm sorry she upset you. I agree with KerriJohn just laugh it off. Your not the one who picked them out and nobody else is going to 'scrutinize' over them like your sister. Don't sweat the small stuff, the wedding is the big event and that is going to be beautiful. :)

she really shouldnt have told you at all. i would be bummed too. but there isnt much you can do. next time tell your sis to only call you with good /important news!

Oh boy.....I certainly know this situation all too well! Though in all fairness, if my shower was a surprise I don't think I would have been told anything about them. I can see if *you* are the one to laugh at them, as in my case, but for others to do so is a bit rude.

Yeah...I can't understand why she was sharing that information with you. It's not like you can do anything about it. Although sometimes I catch myself saying things to people i probably shouldn't...but because I'm close to them I feel like I can't keep it in (i'm not talking about drama though). Like how I ruined my own surprise to my fiance that I was getting b-pics. Or how the other day I almost told my mom i was getting b-pics.
