Delta Airlines is ridicoulous!!!!
My friend flew into JFK on Monday, and they neglected to put about 25 poeple's luggage on that plane.
SHe was told she would have her luggage yesterday at 4:00 pm.
She called and they said it is in JFK, but wiaitng for it to go to her.
SO I called, becasue she is not forceful, and I can't believe how snotty the supervisor was. I told her I needed to be compensated , and she offered me $25!!

She might not have the luggage to Friday, and when I told the lady that I needed my luggage, I cna not be without it for 4 days, she told me if I really need it to come pick it up at JFK.
