Demetrios Bridal- Macy's Manhasset

Has anyone ordered their dress form them? This is where I found my dress- and already put a deposit but I wanted any feedback.

Maybe I should have done this before =\

I ordered 2 BM dresses from them in the past and had no issues- but Bridal Gowns are different.

I order my dress from them and I love it. It came in on time and they where great to me, we just order my Fg dress from them 2 weeks ago!

i went there last weekend, i saw some really gorgeous dresses but i found the customer service not the best.
Not once did someone ask me if i needed help

Tried on dresses here and was less than thrilled. The woman tried to get me to order a dress I told her I 'sort of liked' by telling me I would get a discount, but only that day, and if I came back it wouldn't apply. I don't do pressuring so I left. I wound up ordering the first dress I tried on elsewhere because I knew it was the one I wanted - that should be the only reason to order a dress!

ugh... sooooooo many problems there. whenever I went in there was always someone else complaining about their order.

my friend got her dress from there & we got our bridesmaid dresses from there as well. no problems what so ever. but i would recommend going somewhere else for alterations.

customer service is terrible there. the lady 'helping' me after I waited over 30 minutes for her had me carry my OWN dresses into the room. She then tried to convince me to buy one of the 5 dresses i tried on even though i didnt like ANY of them. and then when I was mulling over the last dress, she LEFT ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I walked out of the store, still not knowing where she went.

I went to another bridal store days later and liked EVERY SINGLE dress i tried on there better.

I had the worst experience in the City but in Manhasset I had the best. I guess it is a hit or miss.

I appreciate all the feedback tho- I need to know what I am getting myself into.

Unfortunately the dress I picked is so much more $$ everywhere else and it is already over my budget
