My best friend just found the dress of her dreams at Macys. It is a demetrios dress from the new platinum collection. The price was too high! We called burtons and a few other places in hopes of a better price, but they do not carry it. Any suggestions on where we could get the dress for a better price?

did u try lynbrook bridal. They had my dress for$200 cheaper which included alternations. Macys matched teh price. I felt more comfortable using macys b/c they are big company with all these bridal salons going out of business i was afraid to go to a salon.

Also tryRK Bridal. I bought my dress at Macy's and found out I could have saved $200 at RK Bridal.

I got my Demetrios at Paradise Bridal!! Ask for Donna, she's the best!

I got the trunk show price for my dress from the designer when there wasn't a trunk show. I saved about $700. The dress was still expensive but closer to my range. Always worth a shot.

I think the new platinum collection is a demetrios salon exlusive! I did the same thing trying to get a better price on one and no luck!
