Deposit for flowers by gina

Sorry to crash, was just thinking this myself. She's booked for my wedding thats in almost 3 months and I gave her $1k so far, plus shes doing my shower next Sat I really hope she is ok, I honestly love her but am so disappointed after hearing what happened.

She's been replying to other brides via text.

As far as I've read on the multiple threads, no email replies, no phone calls. Claims she lost her voice, but what kind of bullcrap is that really? What, you lost your voice and you can't call or even email a bride to say 'oh, by the way, I won't be bringing the flowers you paid for to your wedding!'

I dunno Cin, but definitely check into it! this whole story is so horrible, I feel bad for that poor bride who didn't get her flowers

ITA however things happen. I really hope she is okay.

Even an hour's notification from somebody would have helped the situation. It was total disregard. The accident happened days before this wedding and Gina was in touch with other brides. I am very sympathetic to many scenarios, but this just seems inexcusable, assuming the bride is providing all details.

If I knew that ANY sort of communication to give her a heads up, no matter how late in the game, I'd have a different outlook on this. What if this were the caterer or officiant?

I think people are being a little ridiculous now. Look it sucks that this girl didn't have flowers at her wedding and if I were that bride I would be livid to say the least. But you all are badgering a woman with a great rep from every bride who has ever used her... S H I T happens. Everyone is here saying Gina should have done this should have done that but if you was in the hospital with broken body parts along with your 7 year old daughter who is getting her leg and god knows what else sown back together I highly doubt any of you would be thinking about a wedding. I'm personal using Gina for my wedding and asked her prior to booking if she has a backup in case she got sick or something and she told me she did – but how could she have gotten in contact with her backup person or a bride while she was in emergency.

I think the only reason people are so upset, is because another bride posted the day before this wedding that she had spoken to her, that she said she was ok and that all weddings would be taken care of. That's the issue.

if you read the girls post she never spoke to gina she was hearing everything from the grape vine.
