Deposit for photographer?

Hi ladies! I was just wondering if anyone knows how much someone should leave for a deposit for a photographer? FH and I are going to look at one next Tuesday and if we like them I want to book them. I'm unsure as to how much money we should leave.

TIA,
Jillian

you dont decide, most photographers have a set fee for deposits...some can be $500, 900, or they'll do maybe 10% depends on what their payment plan is

which photographer are you going to see tomorrow? if you say which one, another girl who already booked them could tell you how much the deposit is so this way you'll know exactly how much

It's called Emerald Studios but it is in Staten Island. We are going next Tuesday. We were supposed to go tomorrow but it is FSIL's HS graduation so we changed the appt for next week.
