Dermatologist

Does anyone have a good one they can recommend??

I have always loved mine, but he just isn't helping me any more. I feel like I'm cheating on him by going to someone else,() but I CAN'T take my skin any more.

I'm in the Smithtown area, but I'm willing to travel a bit if necessary.

Thanks!

Re: Dermatologist

I wish I could help, but I do know how you feel about cheating on your derm! I had to change mine because she didn't accept my insurance anymore and I felt horrible going to another!!! She knew me so well and then when I was preggo I had to go to this new one -- a man no less -- and what's one of the first things I have to show him?

MY ITCHY LEFT BOOB!!! Oh the mortification! I'm turning red still thinking about it!!!

Re: Dermatologist

whenever I had a problem I went to Martin Winninger in Merrick on Merrick Road
dont have the number here
very good and a really nice man

I DONT recommend this kessler guy in massap
my dr. sent me there once for Hives
he didnt help much and they take FOREVER To give you an appt. when I needed a follow up one girl told me to keep calling every tues morning to check for cancellations...... b/c my appt was like a month away! and she said if after I called twice and there was nothing they would get me in, well, they never did! I called so many times finally I just gave up and went back to Winninger and they got me in much faster when I explained

Tam, Merrick is a little too far, but if no one has a recommendation closer to me, Merrick it is!

Thank you!

He is the only one listed on Long Island. Here is his info:

Re: Dermatologist

I use Dr Maria Paredo in Smithtown, her number is (631)265-1351. I have only used her for mole checks though, but she is really nice and they are located on Middle Country Rd.
