I just recently went to see Dr. Schuman in Commack. A friend of my mom recommended him. He is on Vets Hwy on the Hauppauge, Commack border. If you need the info, let me know, but I am sure you can just look it up in the phone book.

My doc is KICK A55 but he's in TriBeCa- so if you don't work in the City it would be a schlep for you.
