dermatologist/skin care

Morning girls!
Can anyone recommend a good dermatologist on the south shore?
Also, can you share your skin care regime for the big day?

I love questions about skincare

You need to drink plenty of water and get plenty of rest. I mean PLENTY!!!!

I don't know what you skin is like but a really good cleanser for all types is Cetaphil...it's amazing, they sell in in the pharmacy.

all i drink is water!!! i have decent skin- but i want it to GLOW!!!!

you need to exfoliate! i like the microdermabrasion scrub by fresh!!!

I love the pa at my dermatologists office. It's in great neck though. Bodian dermatology. See Mena! They also have a spa attached for facials. Love them!

Cetaphil is the best! It works better than anything, is gentle, and its dirt cheap!

Also, I put on sunscreen and Nuetrogena oil-free moisturizer every day and retinoids every night.

oh and I use Saint Ives' Apricot Scrub: Gentle two or three times a week on my face, neck and hands

I go to Dermatique in Smithtown and my doctor prescribed me Retin-A Micro and my skin has never looked better. If you have break-out prone skin, I highly recommend it!

I have decent skin- the occasional break out which I'm worried about. O need a good derm to make sure that doesn't happen for the wedding.

In addition I'm a skin nut. I get frequent facials , microderm, even had IPL done 2 times.
I use a clarasonic Mia daily ( which I recommend to anyone) and some great moisturizers.
I am just always in search of that glowing skin. I wanna look rejuved, bright, flawless and young. Lol
