designing STDs

so i have a really specific image in my mind of what i want my STD to look like and i can't find it anywhere!

How would i go about designing my own?....like what program/software is the best?

I looked briefly on VistaPrint.com and you can upload your own design. Don't know how you would go about making it, I assume some sort of Abode product, but am not too familiar with them. Sorry I couldn't be of better help!

adobe photoshop or illustrator would be the best programs to use
