Desktop Computer Support Position available @ my job
My company (computer staff) is looking for a desktop support / helpdesk person. This is a computer/IT job.
This person would work in my department. The company is great (family owned PR firm), profitable. We have about 400 employees here in NY with a couple of remote office sites around the country. Benefits are ok (standard stuff). Company is located in Manhattan in a nice residential area on the east side (by the 59st bridge).
We are looking for a solid Microsoft Office specialist. Somebody that knows Word inside and out. That knows Powerpoint inside and out. Excel and Access is a plus. Somebody that can break apart tables... mail merges... PP slides... etc etc.
We don't necessarily need a 'computer geek' that knows everything... but we are really looking for a Microsoft Office specialist. Somebody thats not only proficient in it... but somebody that can also troubleshoot problems in documents. The rest of the help-desk support and network stuff can be trained on the job here.
